Propulsion Systems
Whatever you need done to the propulsion system of your vessel, we can do it. Whether it concerns the propeller/drive shaft, bow thruster overhaul, CPP maintenance, update of controls, thruster inspection, stabilizer seal repair or modifying damaged blades.
Special Welding
IACS approved welding procedures for shaft / propellers made of “Ni Al bronze” & “Mn Bronze”.
ABS tail shaft cladding and repair facility approval for Stainless Steel & Carbon Steel
Special Materials Qualified Welders.
Our welders are well trained and qualified by International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) for special material grades i.e; copper nickel (CUNI – 90/10) Stainless steel – AQUAMET/316L/304, Ni Al Bronze & Mn Bronze etc..
Hydroblasting
We use high-end hydro blasting methods and perfectly trained operators to ensure the most effective application of hydro blasting methods to your specific projects and needs.
